Resolved: That the Sonoma State University (SSU) Academic Senate support the creation of a physical center with adequate staffing to promote and coordinate faculty and student research and creative projects on campus.
Resolved: That the SSU Academic Senate recommends the capabilities of the center expand to better assist faculty and students across disciplines in pursuing funding opportunities.
Resolved: That the SSU Academic Senate urge the President and Provost to consider and pursue the creation of this center with adequate staffing and report their findings/decisions to the Academic Senate by May 2017.
