Resolved: That the Sonoma State University (SSU) Academic Senate supports independent testing for asbestos in Stevenson Hall, Carson, Nichols, Ives, and the Art building.
Resolved: That the SSU Academic Senate urges the administration to withdraw its request for a stay of the October 30, 2015 court order that required independent testing of these buildings.
Resolved: That this resolution be distributed to the President of Sonoma State University, Chair of the Board of Trustees, the Chancellor, the Academic Senate CSU and campus senate chairs.
